I happen to suffer from 'midnight pangs' awakening me at 3 am with cravings for the impossible...However, every once in a while the impossible dream becomes a reality when my midnight shuffle leads me to finding a hidden sample of Black River Caviar in the fridge. If so, it's a done deal! I crack open an egg, put a slice of bread or english muffin on the toaster and voila! I have the perfect midnight snack to indulge in... Everyone should have this shade of grey handy for the perfect immediate gratification solution. I can then crawl back to bed appreciating the special moment of indulgence I was privileged to savor.
Another favorite cheater: Costco lobster raviolis. They take 3 minutes to make and the dollop of Russian Oscietra makes it the perfect impressive dish for last minute guests. Thus the reasons for keeping Black River Caviar stocked in my fridge!
