Meat Market Palm Beach will offer several à la carte Thanksgiving dinner specials on Thursday, November 27. Acclaimed chef Sean Brasel’s sophisticated menu will feature holiday-inspired favorites; an Aussie lamb loin “roulade” with Swiss chard, apricot and cherry mostarda, celeriac purée and lamb and chocolate mint jus ($35); Bell & Evans fresh herb roasted turkey breast with roasted and puréed parsnip, creamy wild rice and mushrooms and fresh cranberry and thyme gastrique ($32); and roasted butternut squash soup with caramelized lardon, Granny Smith apples and spiced cream. A seasonal Jack Daniels caramel pecan tartlet with candied pumpkin ice cream and vanilla crema ($10) will be available for dessert. Meat Market Palm Beach is located at 191 Bradley Place.
