The stylish Crudo Bar' at Meat Market Palm Beach is launching daily Happy Hours from 4 - 7 PM this Monday October 27th -- featuring $10 glasses of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow label, $8 Signature Belvedere martinis and $2 East and West coast oysters with signature Meat Market sauces like yuzu truffle mignonette, atomic horseradish and habanero cocktail sauce.
The extended menu will also offer ceviches prepared fresh daily; and a creative take on octopus carpaccio with baby radish, heirloom beans, pickled mustard seed and fingerling potato chips. Standout appetizers include timeless staples such as white truffle Kobe tartare with capers, red onion, and Parmesan flat bread and Asian BBQ lamb ribs with hoisin sauce, papaya slaw, peanuts and cilantro. New additions feature whole roasted cauliflower with lemon, parsley, capers, Parmesan and cauliflower puree and Maine Lobster roll with truffle aioli, lemon confit and garlic butter. Also exclusive to Palm Beach, Meat Market offers daily alternating charcuterie selections.
