Real Estate insiders, including Chris Leavitt, star of Bravo Television’s Million Dollar Listing Miami, joined with Palm Beachers, City Officials and local media to celebrate the launch of Z Palm Beach Residences in West Palm Beach’s trendy Northwood neighborhood last evening. The boutique property with Intracoastal views is the latest development by Glozal Group, a Miami-based real estate development and social media firm.

The evening, with entertainment by DJ Adam Lipson, began with an unusual announcement…. included in the purchase of each unit will be a custom designed Tesla Model S, to compliment what is to be one of the greenest residential buildings in Palm Beach County. (LEED score of 110.)

“At Glozal, we create unique and exciting places to live with a strong emphasis on sustainable and environmentally-friendly building techniques.” explains the firm’s principal, Tarek Kirschen. “We’ve identified pent-up demand for new larger units in and around the downtown WPB core, so we are committed to bringing in the latest technology, high-end fit and finish, as well as green building practices to create a limited number of personalized residences for a very targeted audience. The synergy with Z Palm Beach Residences and Tesla Motors just makes sense.”

Located at 300 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in what used to be the Nurses Quarters for Good Samaritan Hospital, Z Palm Beach Residences is a planned as a self-contained pet-friendly luxury compound in a neighborhood known as Providencia Park. Glozal is re-engineering the project into 8 luxury green-tech residences.

Jon Ward, Executive Director of West Palm Beach’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is a big fan of Adaptive Reuse development. "Developers always prefer a tabula rasa to work from, as dealing with existing built environments are always more difficult to work with than a "blank page." That's why I'm so encouraged to see the adaptive reuse component of Z Palm Beach Residences. Not only will they use the latest "green" building techniques, but imagine the hundreds of tons of construction debris that they have saved from going into our municipal trash dumps through this imaginative effort. I can't wait to see the final product from such a creative development firm. Congratulations for not taking the easy route."

Designed for those who appreciate new & green with an urban vibe, Z Palm Beach Residences will include rooftop plunge pools, a fitness/yoga studio, zen garden, and modern conveniences such as keyless entry and biometric security systems. Smart thermostats, lighting and motorized window treatments can be accessed from anywhere in the world…all integrated into a seamless, easy to use application which provides for uncomplicated luxury living.

Interiors by Steven G, one of South Florida’s most prolific design firms, has custom designed each floorplan at Z Palm Beach Residences to meet the needs of today’s educated luxury buyer. Private elevators will open into residences with floor-to-ceiling panoramas, finished flooring, and high-end European kitchens with decorator appliances and temperature-controlled walk-in wine closet. Baths are designed to be spa-like with green elements incorporated throughout the luxury appointments.

Ranging in size from 3,700 to over 6,000 square feet with luxury amenities and appointments, the eight residences will be available in configurations of three, four, and five-bedrooms. Prices start at $2.3 million and include a Tesla Model S.
