A four-course tasting dinner at Cafe Boulud Palm Beach that will highlight the flavors of indigenous Florida foods.
On Thursday, March 5th, partake in Le Voyage: The Everglades Dinner, a four course tasting dinner at Café Boulud Palm Beach that will highlight the flavors of indigenous Florida foods.
For more than 500 years, Florida has been influenced by many cultures spanning the countries of the Caribbean to the Native American tribes who inhabited the state. Café Boulud's Executive Chef, Rick Mace, has taken this fusion and has created a culinary story he tells with Pastry Chef Eric Snow.
Each course will be paired with a wine selected by Sommelière Mariya Kovacheva from the Knights Bridge Winery in Sonoma. The evening's special guest will be speaker, Meredith Cahill-Marsland, a winemaker and native Floridian who attended the University of Florida. Mariya said Meredith's approach to winemaking is similar to the Chef Rick's approach to the menu. "to share the bounty of the land and protect it's heritage."
Reservations are required. The reception starts at 6:30PM followed by dinner at 7PM and costs $95 per person excluding tax and gratuity.
