Ana B. Remos

Emmy nominated journalist Ana B. Remos was born in Havana, Cuba. Her father was a member of the Foreign Service in Madrid, where the family established permanent residence. In the Spanish capital the young Ana worked as a model, teacher, television producer, presenter and host for Spain’s state television Televisión Española (TVE). She earned several degrees from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid: B.A. in Journalism, B.A. in Psychology and PhD. in Philosophy. In 1986 Remos moved to Miami and became the Social Editor of El Nuevo Herald, the sister publication of The Miami Herald in Spanish. She also produces the weekly column Entre Nos for the newspaper, intimate portraits of the most interesting personalities who live or pass through the Magic City.

Ana has been a producer and screenwriter for Telemundo, Univision and TV Mujer and a Miami correspondent for magazines such as Hola, Spanish Vogue, Ocean Drive en Español, Selecta and Exito among many others titles. From 2006 till 2010 Remos was the producer and host of El Circulo, a weekly TV magazine that featured the lifestyle of the international jet set. She has interviewed Presidents, governors, politicians, writers, artists, pop stars, fashion designers, philanthropists, socialites, first ladies, cultural icons and members of the European nobility with whom she has shared their successes, failures and moments of hilarity. Her newest endeavor is as Founder of azureAzure, a new multilingual luxury lifestyle online magazine, where she has deposited all her experience and talent as journalist and TV personality. Ana Remos is mother to Ignacio Meyer  and Laura Juncadella. She currently lives in Miami, Fl.
